Gaming Misery (WIP)

Hey everyone so this was gonna be a suprise but I couldn't really figure out what to do so I thought I'd ask for all your help.
But let's get what the picture is about out of the way first.
You see 's Misery spoke some lines and one of those lines was the always quotable "LEEEEROY JEEEEEENKINS!" and I learned that Misery is actually a bit of a gamer! 
I created this piece to show Misery in a session of WoW but I couldn't think of what to draw happening around her, from maybe having her stepping on some tinies unaware, having some under her breasts, or even showing her screen to reveal her character. So I thought I'd ask for some help; what do you think Misery should do?
